Shake adhesive for 20-30 seconds before every application.
How to maintain your glue:
After every use, squeeze out extra residue and air bubble and clean nozzle with a lint free wipe. Always put the cap on good and keep the glue up-right when storing.(preferably in a glue tank) 
If your nozzle gets too messy, you can replace the entire nozzle.
